Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Rehoboth Living. To help things run smoothly for everyone, please review the following booking terms: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur a 25% cancellation fee. • Missed Appointments (No-shows): If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will be marked as completed and is non-refundable. You’re welcome to rebook, but a new appointment and payment will be required. • Refund Policy: Once design work has commenced (including mood boards, plans, or sourcing), bookings become non-refundable. However, we’re happy to revise and adjust within the service scope to ensure you’re satisfied. • Running Late: We understand things happen—if you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After this, the session may be shortened or marked as a no-show depending on our schedule for the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
