Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rehoboth Living Interiors. This consultation is designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and confidence as you style your space. To ensure the best experience for both parties, please review the following policy: ⸻ 🕒 Duration & Format The Clarity Consultation is a 1-hour session delivered via Zoom or phone, based on your preference. You’ll receive connection details after your booking is confirmed and your questionnaire has been submitted. ⸻ 📩 Pre-Session Questionnaire To make the most of your session, please complete the Client Questionnaire promptly after booking. This helps us prepare in advance and tailor advice specifically to your space and goals. ⸻ 💷 Payment Full payment of £150 is required at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion. ⸻ ❌ No-Shows If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, your session will be forfeited. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule. ⸻ 🗓️ Time Commitment Out of respect for both your time and ours, sessions will start and end as scheduled. Please ensure you are available and prepared at the agreed time. ⸻ 👥 Who It’s For This service is best suited for clients seeking personalised advice on layout, style direction, sourcing ideas, or clarity before a larger project.
