What’s included: • 1:1 discovery call or questionnaire • Personalised sourcing list (with shoppable links) • Options that match your taste and budget • Styling guidance on how to bring it all together • 1 revision included Perfect for room updates, finishing touches, or starting from scratch. VIP service: In addition, to curated online shopping, I offer a VIP package: For clients who want the luxury of having hand-selected décor delivered straight to their door, the VIP Personal Shopper package offers a premium experience—blending in-store sourcing with the ease of home delivery. VIP In-Store Shopping + Delivery – From £250 This service is perfect for clients who trust my design eye and want expertly sourced, high-quality home accessories without the hassle of shopping themselves. What’s Included: • Initial discovery call or style questionnaire • In-store shopping at curated retail locations (e.g., TK Maxx, Homesense, Dunelm, local boutiques, etc) • Personal selection of unique home accessories based on your style and budget • Photos and/or videos of selected items sent for approval (if requested) • Securely packaged delivery of items to your address. • Styling suggestions on how to use the items in your space • Postage included for orders up to 5kg (UK only) Important to Note: - Payment of pre-agreed budget will be required before shopping begins. - Items purchased from discount stores may be non-refundable. Purchase receipt included should you wish to return items. - You’ll be notified of delivery tracking once items are shipped. - Additional postage may apply for heavier or multiple item orders. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your Personal Shopping experience with Rehoboth Living. Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process: ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation or shopping session. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, especially if planning or prep work has already begun. ⸻ Refund Policy • Once your shopping session or sourcing process has begun, the service becomes non-refundable. • For the VIP in-store package, if physical items have already been purchased on your behalf, they may not be returnable—especially when sourced from clearance or discount stores. ⸻ Budget & Payment • A pre-agreed shopping budget and deposit may be required before in-store purchasing begins. • Full payment for the service is required at the time of booking, with any item costs and postage handled separately (unless stated otherwise). ⸻ Delivery • For physical purchases, postage is included up to 5kg within the UK. • Additional shipping fees may apply for larger or heavier parcels. • You’ll be provided with tracking details once your package is shipped. ⸻ This policy helps ensure that each client receives a thoughtful and efficient service.
